Information for Chairs and Speakers
Plenary Sessions
Plenary sessions have 60 minutes, with 40/45 minutes for the keynote speaker and 20/15 for floor discussion.
Invited Sessions
Invited sessions may include, at the choice of the organizer, three talks with a discussant or four talks without a discussant, and have a total duration of 90 minutes. The organizer of the invited session will indicate the chair and, if he or she chooses the option with discussion, the discussant. The chairs will divide the total session time among the discussants, leaving some time for discussion, especially if the session does not include a discussant.
Contribuited Sessions
Contributed sessions have 60 minutes when they include four talks or 45 minutes when they include three talks. Each contributed talk has 15 minutes, including floor discussion.
